Since 2001 Lorenz Nufer has worked in a wide variety of organisations as a coach, lecturer, supervisor and organisational consultant. His systemic mindset, constructivist attitude and wide-ranging experience in dealing with people from all hierarchical levels form the foundation of his work.
Mr Nufer passionately and creatively shapes suitable vessels so that people in change processes can deal with new situations and develop as individuals. The experience he acquires from his second job serves him well in this regard. As a professional helicopter pilot, Mr Nufer incorporates concepts and strategies from the field of aviation.
